Shipping

Shipping is calculated for your order at checkout.
For international orders please contact us directly via email at Support@uptopoverland.com for rates. In the email make sure to include the products you would like with your full address so we can provide you with an accurate quote.

iKamper Tent Shipping

iKamper rooftop tents are shipped via freight, and we charge a flat fee of $199 in the contiguous US.

  • Accessories ordered at the same time as a roof top tent do not incur any additional shipping charge. When ordered separately, a shipping fee will be applied.
  • Accessories are shipped via USPS or UPS and may vary dependent on the item. If your address is unable to receive deliveries from either of these couriers, please contact iKamper at the time of purchase so we can make note of it in advance.
  • Shipping of rooftop tents to Alaska (FAIRBANKS AND ANCHORAGE ONLY), Puerto Rico, and Hawaii: $800 + applicable taxes.

You may cancel your RTT ( Roof Top Tent ) order at any time before it has shipped and get a full refund, minus a 3.5% cancellation fee.

If you would like to cancel, please visit our Contact Page for us to proceed with a refund. Please note that it may take up to 10 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.

Due to the difficulty and cost of transporting an item the size of an RTT, no returns will be given after your RTT has been shipped or picked up.


If you cancel your RTT order while it is out for shipment you will incur a 15% deduction from your refund to cover shipping charges and a restocking fee associated with the late cancellation.

If you require an address change after you have received a shipment confirmation email you will be responsible for any reconsignment fees and/or holding fees that your freight incurs with an en route address change.

Picking up order from the shop?

We are happy to have you come to the shop to pickup your order. At checkout make sure to put in the notes you would like to do so. Please note there is no discount for in person pickup but it will save time on shipping!
